How much does a trip cost?
The price depends on distance and waiting time. Expect from CHF 60 for an in-city trip. Ask us for a free quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 24 hours ahead, but we also accept urgent requests subject to availability.
Do you accept wheelchairs?
Yes. Our vehicle is fitted with a ramp and certified anchors for both manual and electric wheelchairs.
Will my insurance reimburse this?
Yes — with a medical prescription, some services are covered by Swiss basic health insurance (LAMal). We issue a compliant invoice.
Does the driver wait during my appointment?
Yes. You can choose on-site waiting or a scheduled pickup. Whichever suits you.
