Cancellation policy

  • More than 24h in advance: free cancellation.
  • Between 2h and 24h in advance: 50% of the fare charged.
  • Less than 2h in advance or no-show: 100% charged, unless documented medical emergency.

Payment terms

  • Payment term (invoices): 30 days end of month.
  • Private clients: payment after the trip — cash, Twint, card.
  • Partners: grouped monthly invoice.
  • Every invoice is sent by email or postal mail.

Pricing

  • Public rates listed on the Medical transport.
  • Partner rates (nurses, care homes, practices, concierges) on the Healthcare partners.
  • Add-ons for wheelchair, two-person accompaniment, night ride, long distance: listed on the public rate grid.
  • Quote on request for light medical transport (oxygen, stable infusion) or bespoke services.

7. Disputes

This site is governed by Swiss law. In case of a dispute, after attempted amicable resolution, the courts of the canton of Geneva have sole jurisdiction.
